Primal Skills is a complete workout program that is designed to cater to people at all levels of fitness. Created as an MMA themed boot camp fitness class, Primal Skills classes use a multi-leveled approach that offers our participants a full-body workout. The MMA Fit system integrates four areas of focus: upper body strikes, lower-body strikes, takedowns, and ground-and-pound. Each class is designed to provide students with a high-intensity workout that blends circuit training, interval training, and instructional skill training.
